This Privacy Policy explains how Hey Manifest, a brand of MaestroSAT (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Hey Manifest website and services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information — your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password.
Content you create — your Manifestations (intention text and target date) and the posts you support. Manifestations are public.
Security and usage data — sign-in logs including timestamp, IP address, and browser user-agent, used to protect your account and the Service.
Communications — messages you send us through the contact form (your name, email, and message).

2. How we use your information

To create and operate your account and display your public Manifestations;
To authenticate you, including email one-time codes for sign-in and password changes;
To moderate content and keep the community safe;
To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
To send you service emails (confirmation, password reset, security codes, and moderation notices); and
To respond to your enquiries.

3. Public content

Your Manifestations and the display name attached to them are publicly visible to anyone who visits the Service and may be indexed by search engines. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a Manifestation.

4. Service providers

We share limited information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, including an email delivery provider (to send transactional emails), a content-moderation provider (to screen posts), and our database and hosting infrastructure. These providers may process data in other countries; we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential, secure, http-only cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Security logs are retained for a limited period to protect the Service. When you delete a Manifestation or your account, we remove the associated content, subject to copies retained in backups or as required by law.

7. Security

We protect your data with measures including password hashing, email-based two-factor authentication, and encrypted connections (TLS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your display name and content in the app, delete your Manifestations, or contact us to exercise your rights.

9. Minors

The Service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the date above.
